Enquire nowFrequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions broadcasters ask us most often about live feeds and deployment.
How quickly can you deploy a crew?
For most UK locations we can have a crew and kit on site within 24 hours. Urgent breaking-news deployments are handled case by case, so call us as early as you can.
What happens if a signal path fails?
Every live job is planned with a backup path. Our engineers monitor all feeds in real time and switch to the secondary uplink automatically or manually within seconds.
Which delivery formats do you support?
We deliver over SRT, RTMP, NDI, SDI and file-based workflows, and can adapt to your gallery or playout requirements.
Can I book a single day or only long contracts?
Both. Packages start from a single day, and discounted multi-day and retainer rates are available for regular programmes.
